In order to process your application for a job, we collect your full name, postal and electronic contact details and other relevant information from your Curriculum Vitae ("CV") or any other document you provide us during the recruitment process.

The transmission of your CV and the filling in of the form associated with the job offer, you are interested in, are necessary for the study of your application. The fields that are preceded by an asterisk (*) must be filled in. Those not marked with an asterisk (*) are optional and the absence of a response will not affect the processing of your application.

 

We will probably obtain further personal information about you during the interviews necessary for the selection of applications and the continuation of the recruitment process. This information can be obtained directly from you or from the recruitment agencies that have contacted you in the context of an application for a job.

We collect your personal data when you either respond to a job offer published on our website or when you make an unsolicited application to Renault Vehicle Innovation's Human Resources Department.

Access to the central database is strictly reserved for departments and/or employees in charge of recruitment within Renault Vehicle Innovation. Your data may also be communicated to the Manager who created the job offer for which you applied.

 

Renault Vehicle Innovation may use a recruitment agency and request the services of a subcontractor to process all or part of your Personal Data, within the limit necessary for the performance of its services.

Where is your data stored?
